Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by ICON TAX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED including but not limited to tax filing, GST compliance, TDS/TCS filing, and digital marketing.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only if the request is raised within 7 days of purchase and the service has not been delivered or filed with the authorities.
• Refunds will not be issued for services already completed, filed, or delivered.

2. Non-refundable Services

Services including but not limited to ITR filing post-submission, GST registration once filed, or paid marketing campaigns once initiated are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at info@icontaxco.com with your order details and reason. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
