ICON TAX INDIA offers two main service lines:

Tax & Compliance: Personal & SME e-filing, GST registration & returns, TDS/TCS filing, statutory audit support & financial consulting.
Digital Marketing: SEO audits & optimization, PPC campaign management, social media strategy, content marketing & analytics-driven consulting.

Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in your chosen plan or agreement.

2. User Obligations & Payments

To ensure seamless service delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information and supporting documents in a timely manner.
Review and approve drafts or proposals within the stipulated turnaround times.
Pay all fees as per the selected plan—upfront or milestone-based—by the due dates.

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services. Any refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge:

We do not guarantee any specific tax savings, audit outcomes or marketing ROI.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Your use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads) remains subject to their own terms.

Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be referred exclusively to the courts of Delhi.

Prior to litigation, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on this site are owned by ICON TAX INDIA or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.
